About us

Important documents. Clear advice.

Planning for the future should not require pressure, unnecessary products or impenetrable legal language.

01 / Why we exist

Because a will should be easy to begin.

Many people know they should make a will and still do not. The process feels formal, the language feels unfamiliar and the offers can feel pushy. We set up Clear Will Writing to be the opposite: calm, human and direct.

02 / Our approach

We focus on four things.

  • Understanding your wishes

We listen first and ask only what is needed.

  • Preparing appropriate documents

Your documents are prepared from your instructions.

  • Explaining clearly

The process, the signing and the choices, in plain English.

  • Recognising limits

We say so when specialist advice is the better route.

03 / What we do

Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Single wills, mirror wills, will reviews and replacement wills, wills including testamentary trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and planning that looks at a will and LPAs together.

04 / What we don't sell

No add-ons for the sake of it.

We do not sell prepaid probate packages, funeral plans, unrelated financial products or commission-driven extras. We do not make probate applications or administer estates, and we do not market complex lifetime tax-planning trusts or asset protection schemes.

05 / When we recommend specialist advice

Knowing where our service ends.

If your situation involves specialist tax advice, conveyancing, reserved legal work or complex trust questions, we may recommend that you obtain advice from an appropriate independent professional. That is part of giving appropriate guidance, not an upsell.
